All services are subject to availability. In-home services are offered based on location, preference, and availability of both the family and the provider.
All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee unless a doctor's note/other documentation can be provided. All appointments that are canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered a no-show and the entire session fee will be applied.*
